You can request it on exchange window otherwise you can contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to size issues.
Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process and verify the availability of the desired size. If the size is unavailable, they will provide you with the option to receive a coupon.
Once you choose the coupon option, we will email you a unique coupon code that can be used during the checkout process for any future purchase on our website.
The coupon will be valid for a specified period, typically 30 months, from the date of issue.
If you decide to use the coupon, simply enter the coupon code at the checkout to apply the discount towards your new purchase.

Shipping:
Once we approve the return request, we will arrange the reverse pickup from the same address.
